Refund Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when and how FeedBlox issues refunds for paid subscriptions to the Service. It supplements Section 8 (Fees, Taxes, and Free Plans) of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

1. Free Plan and Trials

The Free plan is provided at no charge and does not involve a refund. If a paid trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period and you may cancel before the trial ends from the billing page in your dashboard. If a trial converts to a paid plan, the rest of this policy applies to the resulting charge.

2. Default Rule for Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor for the upcoming billing period. Except as expressly described in this policy or as required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, unused submissions, sites you stop using, or accounts you choose to downgrade or close mid-cycle.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for First Paid Period

If you are upgrading to a paid plan for the first time on your account, you may request a full refund of that first paid period within fourteen (14) days of the initial charge, for any reason. To request the refund, email billing@feedblox.net from the email address on the account, including the order or invoice ID. We will process eligible requests within ten (10) business days. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies once per account and does not apply to renewals, upgrades from one paid plan to another, or accounts that have previously held a paid subscription.

4. Cancellation and Auto-Renewal

You may cancel your paid plan at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to paid features until that date. We do not pro-rate or refund the remaining days of a billing period when you cancel, except where this policy or applicable law requires it.

5. Plan Changes

  • Upgrades (for example, Pro to Max) take effect on the next billing period unless our payment processor charges a pro-rated amount at the time of the change. Pro-rated upgrade charges are non-refundable.
  • Downgrades (for example, Max to Pro, or paid to Free) take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund the difference for the current period.

6. Service Outages

We do not currently offer a contractual service-level agreement on Free, Pro, or Max plans. If a paid plan suffers a sustained outage that materially affects your use of the Service, contact billing@feedblox.net within thirty (30) days of the incident. We may, at our discretion, issue a service credit or partial refund proportional to the affected period. Outages caused by your configuration, third-party services you have enabled, or events of force majeure are not eligible.

7. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge after a successful cancellation), email billing@feedblox.net within sixty (60) days of the charge with the order or invoice ID. We will review the charge and, if confirmed, refund the incorrect portion to the original payment method.

8. Suspension or Termination for Cause

If we suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, security risk, or material breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, prepaid fees for the remainder of the billing period are non-refundable. If we terminate without cause, we will refund prepaid fees for the unused portion of the then-current billing period on a pro-rata basis.

9. Consumer Rights (EU, UK, and Other Jurisdictions)

Where you purchase a paid plan as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of purchase without giving a reason. By starting to use a paid plan during that period, you expressly request that we begin performance of the digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed during that period. Where the right of withdrawal applies and you exercise it within the fourteen-day window by emailing billing@feedblox.net, we will refund the fee paid for that period using the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under your local consumer-protection law.

10. Taxes

Refunds are issued net of any taxes, fees, or surcharges that we are unable to reclaim from the relevant taxing authority or our payment processor. Where required, taxes will be refunded alongside the principal amount.

11. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Settlement times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically arrive within five to ten (5-10) business days after we process the refund.

12. Chargebacks

Please contact us at billing@feedblox.net before opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of the account during the dispute, in addition to recovery of any chargeback fees we incur.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice and will apply to charges incurred on or after the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
