Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and FeedBlox. They govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, installing the widget, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The "Service" means our marketing site, customer dashboard, APIs, and embeddable feedback widget.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify security@feedblox.net if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. The Service and License
Subject to these Terms and plan limits, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. We may evolve, modify, or discontinue features.
3. Customer Obligations
- Comply with applicable laws when collecting visitor feedback, including privacy and anti-spam laws.
- Provide required notices and obtain required consents for the widget on your sites.
- Maintain the confidentiality of embed tokens and login credentials.
4. Customer Content
You retain all rights in the data, configuration, and visitor submissions you or your end users submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process Customer Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service for you.
5. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. For Customer Content that contains personal information of your end users, we act as a processor on your behalf.
6. Fees
Free plan limits apply as described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed through Polar. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as we otherwise state.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to collect prohibited data (including protected health information), abuse visitors, probe other customers' widgets, or attempt to circumvent plan limits or security controls.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedBlox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
