FeedBlox is a hosted feedback collection platform and an embeddable widget that customers install on their own websites. Visitors submit ratings, comments, and bug reports through the widget; site owners review submissions in the FeedBlox dashboard. The agreements and notices below govern your use of FeedBlox. FeedBlox is operated from Illinois, USA; our Terms are governed by Illinois law and disputes are resolved in Cook County, Illinois unless arbitration applies. • Privacy Policy What personal information we process, why, with whom we share it, retention, and your rights, including BIPA, PIPA, CCPA, and GDPR notes. Covers feedback, element trail, and client debug.
• Widget Data and GDPR For site owners: what the embed captures, what it does not capture, metadata responsibilities, and a short GDPR-oriented checklist.
• Terms of Service The agreement between you and FeedBlox: license, customer obligations, fees, warranties, liability cap, governing law (Illinois), and arbitration.
• Cookie Policy The first-party cookies we use for sign-in, security, and preferences, and how to control them.
• Acceptable Use Policy Prohibited conduct, content moderation expectations, abuse reporting, and enforcement for the widget, dashboard, and APIs.
• Refund Policy When and how we issue refunds for paid subscriptions: 14-day money-back on first paid period, billing-error fixes, cancellations, and consumer rights.
• Security Overview How we protect customer data: encryption, access control, vendor management, incident response, and coordinated vulnerability disclosure.
• Subprocessors Named vendors that help host and operate FeedBlox: infrastructure, billing, email, identity, and optional product features.
