FeedBlox uses the vendors below to operate the hosted platform and embeddable widget. They process personal information only to provide services to us. We do not sell personal information. Material additions will be communicated to account owners on reasonable notice, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
This list describes categories of processing. Exact contracting entities and regions depend on the active production environment. For processor assistance or a signed Data Processing Addendum request, email privacy@feedblox.net.
Infrastructure
- Cloud hosting. Application compute and networking for feedblox.net, the dashboard, APIs, and widget delivery.
- Managed PostgreSQL. Primary datastore for accounts, sites, feedback, and security audit records.
- Managed Redis. Session identifiers and rate-limit counters.
- Object storage (when configured). S3-compatible or Cloudflare R2 storage for feedback screenshots and recordings.
Billing and Communications
- Polar. Subscription billing and plan management.
- Resend. Transactional email (account, security, and optional feedback alerts).
Identity
- GitHub, Google, and GitLab. Optional federated sign-in. Used only when you choose that provider.
Optional Product Features
- OpenPanel. First-party product analytics on FeedBlox marketing and dashboard surfaces when enabled for a deployment.
- AI inference providers. Optional sentiment insight summaries when that feature is enabled for a workspace. Feedback text may be sent for summarization.
Customer Responsibilities
When you embed the widget on your site, you are typically the controller for visitor submissions. See Widget Data and GDPR and our Acceptable Use Policy (including the prohibition on protected health information under HIPAA).
