What is the difference between Free, Pro, and Max?
Free includes 3 workspace sites, the widget, client debug on every report, and 150 submissions per calendar month. Pro supports up to 10 owned sites, removes the monthly cap, and adds screenshots, recordings (up to 30s), automations, webhooks, and collaborators. Max covers up to 20 owned sites with larger attachments, longer recordings (up to 60s), and priority email support.
Do new accounts get Pro for free?
Yes. Every new account gets Pro free for your first month with no credit card. You get unlimited reports, screenshots, recordings, webhooks, automations, and collaborators during the trial. After it ends, you stay on Free unless you subscribe to Pro or Max.
What happens when I hit the free report limit?
New visitor submissions pause until the next UTC calendar month or until you upgrade to Pro or Max for unlimited reports. Your inbox history stays available.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Manage billing from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You can export or work through existing inbox data before changing plans.
Do collaborators cost extra on Pro?
No per-seat fee on Pro or Max. Invite collaborators by email from each site Members page. Free plans are single-user workspaces.
