For Agencies

Hear From Your Clients' Visitors, Not Only Your Clients

Short answer: FeedBlox puts a feedback and bug report widget on every client site you run, up to 20 on Max, with a separate inbox per site and the console errors and failed requests attached to each report.

After launch, the people who find the bugs are your clients' customers. FeedBlox gives them a way to tell you, and gives your developers what they need to fix it without a week of back and forth.

One Inbox per Client Site

Each site gets its own embed token and its own inbox. Pro covers 10 sites and Max covers 20, under one account and one bill.

Bug Reports Your Developers Can Use

When a client's customer reports a problem, the report carries the console errors, failed requests and JavaScript errors from their session. No more forwarding screenshots and guessing.

Roles per Site

Invite teammates or the client to a single site as admin, member or viewer. Viewers can read reports without changing anything.

Your Brand, Not Ours

Pro and Max remove the FeedBlox badge, and the widget takes each site's colors, fonts and copy.

Route Reports Where You Work

Signed webhooks and tagging rules send each site's reports to the right Slack channel, tracker or client thread.

A Reason to Talk After Launch

Ratings and comments from real visitors give you something concrete to bring to the next retainer conversation.

Install Once per Site

Each client site needs one verification tag and one script tag. There are step-by-step guides for WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, Squarespace, Wix and more.

FAQ

Which plan suits an agency?

Pro at $9 a month covers 10 sites. Max at $49 a month covers 20 sites, with longer recordings and larger uploads. Both include collaborators, webhooks and badge removal. New accounts get 30 days of Pro free, without a card.

Can clients see their own reports?

Yes. Invite the client to their site as a viewer and they can read that site's reports and nothing else. They need a free FeedBlox account to sign in.

Is there a white-label or client portal?

Not today. You can remove the FeedBlox badge on Pro and Max and theme the widget per site, but the dashboard itself carries the FeedBlox name.

Is FeedBlox for review rounds before launch?

It works on staging, but it is built for live sites: visitors report problems with their console output attached. For pinning comments on designs during review, a dedicated review tool may suit you better.
