FeedBlox is a website feedback widget that collects sentiment, comments, and bug reports from live visitors, with console logs, network errors, and click trails attached on every plan.
How do I install the widget?
Create an account, add a site, verify your domain, and paste one async script tag from the dashboard. Start with the Getting Started Guide and install guide linked below.
What data does FeedBlox collect?
Each report can include rating, comment, page URL, browser context, console output, failed network calls, JS errors, click trail, and optional metadata you attach with FeedBlox.setMetadata.
How does FeedBlox handle privacy and refunds?
Privacy, retention, and subprocessors are in the Privacy Policy and Widget Data and GDPR guide. Refunds follow the Refund Policy (including a 14-day money-back guarantee on first paid periods).
