Getting Started

This guide will help you put FeedBlox on a live site and read your first inbox report in a few minutes.

This guide assumes you can paste a script tag on your site and deploy it. You need a free FeedBlox account. Start with 30 days of Pro free, no credit card. Then Free forever: 3 sites, 150 reports/month.

Setup Steps

  1. Create a FeedBlox Account

Register and sign in to your dashboard. Start with 30 days of Pro free, no credit card. Then Free forever: 3 sites, 150 reports/month.

    Create Free Account

  2. Add Your Site

Open Sites, click Add Site, and enter your public site URL. Each site gets its own widget snippet, embed token, settings, and inbox.

  3. Verify Domain Ownership

Copy the verification meta tag from Widget settings into the head of your live site, deploy, then click Verify Site. Verification activates the production embed token for your domain.

  4. Install the Widget

Open Widget settings and copy the async script tag. Paste it just before the closing body tag on every page where you want the launcher.

  5. Submit a Test Report

Load your live site, open the launcher, and send a test message. The report should appear in your inbox with sentiment and client debug: console logs, network errors, JS errors, and a click-trail repro summary.

  6. Work From Your Inbox

Read reports, filter by sentiment, and export CSV when you need a spreadsheet. Pro and Max add screenshots, recordings, collaborators, and webhooks.
