Visitor Submissions on Customer Sites
As the operator of the site where the widget is installed, you are responsible for moderating visitor submissions and for handling them lawfully, including removing content that violates this AUP. We may, at our discretion, remove or block specific content or suspend a workspace if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with law, protect the platform, or prevent harm.
Reporting Abuse
To report abuse, send relevant URLs, timestamps, the workspace or site involved, and any supporting information to abuse@feedblox.net. Security vulnerabilities should be reported to security@feedblox.net; see our Security Overview for our coordinated disclosure expectations.
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in warnings, removal of content, suspension or termination of access, forfeiture of pre-paid fees for the affected period, and reporting to law enforcement where required. We will use reasonable judgment based on the nature and severity of the conduct, the risk to others, and any history of prior violations. We may act without prior notice when an immediate risk requires it.
